How and for what purposes are your personal data used?

SWIFTEC, LDA. uses the information collected to facilitate billing, customer management, for historical and statistical purposes, legal obligations, quality control of service and for future contacts. We use the information collected to tailor our products and services to our customers, to send information, promotions, by email, SMS or by telephone. This communication relates to our products or the products of partners with whom we have agreements and involves no legal or contractual obligation.

There are no consequences for those who do not provide any data.

Who is responsible for the information?

SWIFTEC, LDA. is responsible for the data collected and processed by computer. The information is used within its companie: SWIFTEC, LDA. To ensure the security and maximum confidentiality of your data, we process the information you provide us with in full confidentiality in accordance with our internal security and confidentiality policies and procedures and we do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. There may be automated decisions, such as profiling, so we can better tailor our services to the needs of our customers and provide customers with specific promotions and benefits. SWIFTEC, LDA. may use third parties to send emails and SMS.

The data owner may submit a complaint to the supervisory authority - the National Data Protection Commission.

Whom can I contact to access, correct or delete the data?

Our customers and visitors have different privacy concerns and at any time may review, update and decide on the type of data they wish to see stored. The data controller can be contacted directly by e-mail sales@swiftec.pt or by post sent to SWIFTEC, LDA., registered address Av. da Europa, N7 1º Andar, 5000-557, Vila Real, at any time to request a copy of the data that relate to you, to withdraw your consent, to request correction, deletion, limitation, portability and objection to the processing of the data. On our site you can search and monitor different types of information associated with your account, obtain information, view and edit your preferences, request the deletion or portability of your personal data, for which you merely need to enter your User ID and Password. Subsequent withdrawal of consent does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing based on this consent.

For how long are the data stored?

Personal data are retained until the reason for collection expires and are deleted within 2 years of the final interaction between the customer and our services or while the customer is a member of a loyalty scheme, if applicable, and if this is at a later date. There may be legal provisions requiring personal data to be retained for a minimum period.
